Terry is a wife, mother and grandmother who shares her life experiences through inspirational words of rhyme. She taught elementary school and pre-school for 15 years in the Washington, DC area and was a scrapbooking consultant for 23 years with a major direct sales company before beginning her writing and publishing career. In addition to writing inspirational poetry, Terry enjoys writing whimsical rhyme for young children, which can be seen in the children's picture books she has published. She loves writing poetry and has written since she was a child. She also writes a weekly blog with inspiring devotions based on her life stories and plans to publish them one day. Her favorite interests are her family and grandchildren, her church, reading, amateur photography, volunteer work, preserving her family faith stories, writing poetry, sharing weekly devotionals, traveling with friends and family and creating note cards with her photos and poems.
