Grandchildren, I wish to share a Secret with you.: The "In-Depth" Series, (2 of 7) (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798305689280)

Do you want a Healthy and Happy Life?
1), The major part of my Wisdom [I am sharing] is wrapped around how to have a healthy and happy life; by addressing what you put into your body and mind ---as this is the essence for creating a positive future.
2), If you, at the least, review this material every year or so, overtime it will remind you that you are literally creating your own future out of what you are eating and thinking ---right now.
3), So, my plan is to provide you with some really solid values that can become a foundation for you to eventually put into practice. In doing so, you will be learning how to be successful in life; successful beyond what the material world teaches.
If this was not so, I would not need to make this effort ---so please take it seriously.
4), You see, as I labor over what I have experienced -based on my 80-years of life- the future scares me; therefore, it causes me to try and help humanity along.
5), So, please understand that this volume is my effort to pass on my experiences; one's that you may glean from and take the best with you on your journey. After all, if you learn from my mistakes and successes, then you can save yourself years of struggling with life.
6), Literally, I am offering you valuable experience and not knowledge, religion, philosophy or a spiritual practice; so, if you do take it to heart, it will literally save you years of learning the hard way ---about what "Life offers."
7) In doing so, you will be able to make life a better place to live-in; for yourself and all of humanity.
