She earned her Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Roorkee) in Management and has earned certification in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak (IIMR). She is engaged in teaching, research, and consultancy assignments and has more than 17 years of experience in teaching and in handling various administrative as well as academic positions. Dr. Rana has to her credit over 50 papers published in refereed journals by publishers of repute and has also presented several research papers at national and international conferences. Dr. Rana has contributed several chapters in different books and has conducted and attended various workshops, FDPs, and MDPs.
