Grit: A Short Story (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798258890580)

A dog with special powers joins his royal master on a perilous journey to find four elements needed to save the life of a poisoned princess in this thrilling fantasy tale.

Nordic prince Kreg and his faithful companion Grit set out to retrieve a rare plant that grows at the mouth of an active volcano, the feathers of a vicious, poisonous bird, magical spring water from a cave guarded by a gruesome troll, and the blood of a noble creature.

The dangerous trek to save Kreg's beloved wife pits the seekers against a hungry amphibious monster, a group of native warriors, and a mysterious serpent with its own plans.

Will Kreg and Grit find the elements and return in time to save the princess? Or will other devious forces thwart their efforts?
