Dr. Jeffrey Goins earned his BA in creative writing in 2009 from Miami University, then went on to earn a Master's Degree in education, a BS in metaphysical humanistic science, an MS in metaphysical humanistic science, then a Ph.D. in paranormal science in 2013. Dr. Goins is an ordained minister in the Church of Humanistic Science and in the Church of Universal Light. Dr. Goins actively investigates hauntings when asked and continuously researches the validity and reliability of locations that are purported to be haunted. His goal is to gain a deeper understanding of the paranormal while sharing this knowledge freely with the public. Dr. Goins currently resides in his home in Hamilton, Ohio, furthering expansion on paranormal education through the Foundation of Spiritual Research. Dr. Goins, his wife, Lisa, and his four children, Lissa, Lindsay, Lyric, and Ian are all sensitives that operate the Foundation for Spiritual Research in Ohio and are dedicated to bringing new awareness to the public regarding subjects of the paranormal so that people will better understand that spirits exist among us and are every bit as much a part nature as we are. Dr. Goins is a gifted medium and sensitive who was raised and trained in the ways of the medium from a very young age while learning about ghosts and spirits along the way. He believes that we are all destined to a part of the spirit world for much longer than we will be here in this one, so we should try and learn as much about it as possible so we can live more enlightened lives while we're here.
