The Miscellaneous Applications contain 281 files filled with a variety of information such as: applications for mortuary warrants to pay for funeral expenses, service records or affidavits, physicians' statements regarding disability, and other related correspondence. Volume 2: E-M contains an Index to Confederate Pension Applications (E-M). Volume 3: N-Z contains an Index to Confederate Pension Applications (N-Z).
