I'm excited about presenting this Guide to you. When I got my real estate license in Toronto back in 1980 my goal was not to sell homes but to invest in real estate. I loved the idea of 'bricks and mortar' and being able to gaze up at a three-storey home along that tall brick wall and knowing that I owned it.
