Danny Mortison worked as a journalist for newspapers and magazines for almost 40 years. He freelanced for many of these to write adventure stories from the wilds of Australia's North Queensland resulting in his work being published in magazines all over the world. He also took on publishing his own newspaper for seven years in the coastal northern New South Wales town of Ballina ib Australia which will provide grist for the mill for planned future works.
