Henry Kisor is the author of six Steve Martinez mysteries, Season's Revenge, A Venture into Murder, Cache of Corpses, Hang Fire, Tracking the Beast and The Riddle of Billy Gibbs. He and his wife Debby spend half the year in Evanston, Illinois, and the other half in a log cabin on the shore of Lake Superior in Ontonagon County, Michigan, the real-life prototype for Porcupine County. He is also the author of three nonfiction books, What's That Pig Outdoors: A Memoir of Deafness; Zephyr: Tracking a Dream Across America, and Flight of the Gin Fizz: Midlife at 4,500 Feet.
