Author Stephen Quandt, certified in Feline Training and Behavior from the Animal Behavior Institute and with more than 20 years of experience working with cats including with the ASPCA and the Animal Care Centers of NYC, is a dedicated and principled professional driven by a lifelong passion for animal welfare.
