The Haute Fellowship is a satirical depiction of a secret College where future members of the Illuminati graduate from.The style is written as a play with various scene settings in and around the campus. Characters are randomly introduced as they go from one lecture to another. There are some references to the world outside the College grounds but most of the action takes place within the gated walls.The story begins at the graduation ceremony for the final year students. Characters are introduced interacting in various classes where they are trained for high level Government and Financial careers.One promising student is ear-marked for a spying task to assist undermine a clandestine operation the Illuminati are planning.Throughout the story references are made to an underground subversive text published as 'The Effusive Effect' which is discovered by the College and the Blog in which it has been viewed is shut down. Unknown to the College the authors are various students who all add text so that The Effusive Effect expands with each year of students.One rebellious student who reports to an underground newspaper plans a 'Watergate' break in to an apartment block in Manhattan where he is discovered by a Japanese cleaner versed in the mystical aspect of Zen.
