His mother would stand around telling each one of them what ingredients to add to each item that was being cooked. Dwayne got married in 1988 at the age of twenty-six to his wife of 33 years and started a family of his own and began passing down recipes to children. This book is inspired by his wife and children after seeing how passionate he was about cooking.
