WHY WE WROTE THIS BOOK... Inspired by my wife, Monika's own perilous journey from near death to a vibrant, healthy life, I have decided to share our life experiences and accumulated wisdom here in this book. The old proverb of 'Never knowing what to be grateful for until you've lost it' is appropriate here. Against incredible odds, Monika has survived several brain surgeries and now lives a healthy, vibrant life. She is the most positive, grateful person I have ever known.
