Dr. Sabrina Ching Yuen Luk is Assistant Professor in Public Policy and Global Affairs, School of Social Science, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Birmingham. Her research areas include healthy ageing, healthcare and long- term care reforms, smart cities, and crisis leadership and management.
