As he digs deeper, Link uncovers a conspiracy involving Sundial, a crooked Park City Councilman, a pair of Mormon hitmen, and high ranking members of the Mormon Church. Link realizes his own life is in danger, yet he's still responsible for keeping the peace in a town where the locals and tourists alike are acting crazy from the record-setting heat.
