Karen has worked in the field of oncology for 20 years administering chemotherapy to cancer patients and specializing in breast cancer. She has participated within the community as a keynote speaker for Breast Cancer Awareness. Currently she is a Clinical Nurse Educator in oncology. She addresses women's ministry groups and spoke on leadership at the Women of Vision and Destiny Ministries, Inc. International Christian Women's Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. Evangelist Harris was called to God's ministry in December 2000. She is a licensed and ordained minister. She is a teacher, author, and ministry coach educator. Karen is the founder of the H.A.I. (Here Am I) Evangelistic Ministries and H.A.I. School of Ministries. Having a passion for those called to the five-fold ministry, Karen airs a live social media broadcast entitled Leadership Empowerment. In 2013, Karen graduated from the Living Word Christian Center School of Ministry.
