This book was composed in German by Joseph Aloysius Kessler, and was originally titled "History of the Diocese of Tyrasol," (English translation of the German title). It was printed in 1930. The book was then translated from German to English by Rev. Horst Gutsche of Barrhead, Alberta, Canada. Rev. Gutsche expressed his intense desire that as many readers as possible would read and enjoy his translation, which was made available via the "Heritage Review" in a long series of articles from Kessler's book.
