Sofia Antzaka was born in 1927 in Greece. In a more concise and condescended form, this process is presented in her work "From Egocentrism to Clear Consciousness". In the last years of her life she lived in Litochoro of Pieria trying to diffuse the abundant fruits of her work of self-knowledge, the gifts of the depth, to all that turned to her prompted by her writing.
