A hilarious retelling of the Cinderella fairy tale by WNBA superstar Breanna Stewart.

Once upon a time . . . there lived a humble, hard-working basketball court sweeper named Bea.

While she's the best at her job and loves supporting the rest of the cleaning squad, Bea has a big secret wish: to bench her broom and play for the best basketball team in the kingdom, the Knights.

The perfect opportunity to shoot her shot arrives when the team announces they're holding tryouts, but her evil stepmother forbids her from going. Just when all hope seems lost, Bea's visited by her Fairy Dunkmother, who gives her a brand-new uniform and a fresh set of magical sneakers to dazzle Coach Prince with her skills! But will that be enough to earn her a spot in the starting lineup?

For her picture book debut, WNBA superstar Breanna Stewart has crafted a fresh take on the classic Cinderella fairy tale, showing young readers that hard work and determination are all that you need to make your dreams come true.
