Hope: A Journey of Self Love (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781779410344)

For over 30 years I hated myself, my life, and everything I was. I suffered tremendously, by my own hands and by the hands of others. I had no hope of ever truly changing, and that devastation ruled my existence. Hope was a nine-year journey filled with heartache and pain, as I battled my own demons and traversed mountains not many knew of. Walk with me as I tell you the story of truth and destruction that led me to my own freedom.

This book is for those who desire the courage to admit their own truth. It is for those who have never felt good enough, and for those who feel stuck in life. It is for anyone who finds themselves in the dark with no hope of ever truly changing. It is here you can find companionship, witnessing, and your own hope.
