Hailing from the southern United States, Kenneth J. Franklin began art at an early age and never wanted to stop. After graduating from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a master's of fine art in illustration, he took to freelance art. Beatriz Ju疵ez loves to tell stories . . . visually. Born in Mexico City, she was raised by a mother addicted to fashion magazines. It's not surprising that Beatriz studied visual communications just to be able to work at a magazine. Having worked for major fashion magazines in Mexico, Canada, and the United States, Beatriz now calls Toronto home. In her studio, she develops and designs all kinds of editorial projects (including fashion of course). When she is not designing, she is cooking--and eating--Mexican food, and when she is not hungry, you'll find her sewing sock monkeys.
