The Hotel/Motel book is about a group of condensed total body exercises that people can do while out of town or can be done in the confines of their home. Each group of exercises can be done with body weight only or if one chooses, rubber alloy bands can also be used for some of the workouts. This is a great book for those people looking for simplified exercise routines while on the road traveling, and can also be used at home. This book informs folks about how to find the time and type of routine that helps them stay in shape, maintain good health and get them ready for any activity they desire. Vernon Payne is a workout enthusiast and enjoys going to the gym. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University in 1975 and has been involved in the exercise industry for over 25 years. He coached youth and high school sports including football and tennis. He has been a personal trainer for over 10 years and is certified by the American Council of Exercise. One of his favorite hobbies is race walking and he qualified for the Senior Olympics in 2015 in the 1500 and 5,000 meter races.
