Born in 1972 in Surrey, England, Michelle wrote initially for the Outreach Wimbledon Theatre in London entering a young playwright's competition and winning whilst still in her teens. However, despite working as a current affairs journalist for almost ten years for a Canadian based television and media company, she didn't write her first book until 2014. After working in adult and child mental health throughout the 1990's she began to ask questions about the strategies that the most successful people in the world used and what separated ordinary people from them. She also became involved with child psychology after her son was diagnosed with Autism in 2011. She later when on to complete two Diplomas in Life Coaching and CBT and travelled to the States to finish her accredited NLP Practitioner certificate for the Association of Integrative Psychology where she became a member. She has written many books on social sciences and psychology and has enjoyed a highly successful business in confidence and self-image coaching training names from the media and entertainment industry. She is also the founder of the Progress to Parenting courses and the Unleashing The Positive Mind.
