She serves as a HR consultant within higher education, a facilitator of change, and author. Timothy Danielson is the Director of HR at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. He received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Public Administration, both from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Danielson's experience includes managing large-scale change efforts, building strong teams, organizational development and consulting. He received the UW Oshkosh Outstanding Service Award in 2005. Donna Robole is the Director of HR at the University of Wisconsin River Falls. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Platteville, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin River Falls, and a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources Management (SPHR). Robole has more than 20 years of HR experience within higher education and state government. She is a member of the National Higher Education Recruitment Consortium Board, the Upper Midwest Higher Education Recruitment Consortium Board and the Society for Human Resources Management.
