HyperCoaching for HyperLiving: A multidimensional experience of growth, flow and performance (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798338965375)

To say that we are using only a fraction of our potential may sound like one of the usual motivational clichés, but in reality we are all aware that we are living a life far below what we could be living if we had the courage to step out of our comfort zone and allow ourselves to realize our full potential.

But no one tells us how to achieve it, because the authors of books on success simply repeat the usual formula in all its variations: set a goal, make a plan, get to work and, if something doesn't work, change the plan (if it were that simple, we wouldn't understand why we are not all millionaires, movie stars, multinational company executives and whatnot).

In fact, as Einstein says in an oft-quoted phrase, problems cannot be solved at the same level of knowledge that created them. This means that if we really want to fully express ourselves and take ourselves to the next level, we have to change the paradigm and approach things from a different and more creative point of view.

In mathematics, Hyper refers to the higher dimensions; in our case, HyperLiving means realizing that man is a multidimensional creature and that each dimension interacts, influences and is influenced by the others.

Of course you will have heard of coaching and know that to achieve outstanding results in any field you need a coach, no more or less than an athlete needs a coach: no athlete has ever reached the Olympics working alone.
And surely you have also heard of the so-called "flow state," a particular psychophysical state in which athletes, musicians, businessmen and public speakers find themselves when they achieve seemingly effortless high-level performance.

What you probably haven't heard is that the flow state is not magical, but can be reproduced at will using specific techniques.
So the moment we begin to see ourselves as a multidimensional system, apply coaching methods holistically to every dimension of our existence, and add techniques to get "in the flow," our level of performance will increase exponentially while reducing the time and effort required.

HyperCoaching means addressing each of these dimensions independently and then, moving to the next level, discovering how to harmonize the system so that each element acts synergistically to help us achieve our goals. It means finding alignment with a higher guidance that shows us the way.

HyperLiving is thus a higher dimension of existence where the physical, mental, social, financial and spiritual components are integrated in a virtuous synergistic flow that is in alignment with a higher guidance that shows us the way, a dimension where we find HyperMotivation, HyperEnergy, HyperMastery, HyperPerformance, HyperLearning...

What you will discover:

-How to find your own source of power and wisdom to draw on at any time;
-What goals really are and how you can shift the paradigm from the methods usually proposed; and
-How to distinguish "project management" goals from "soul" goals, the ones that are really yours;
-How to move from the S.M.A.R.T. model to the G.E.N.I.U.S. model;
-What your true source of energy is and how to keep it at the top;
-What is self-confidence and how to achieve it;
-How to get rid of the blocks that hold you back and realize your full potential;
-How to find the "meaning" of your life, which also means "significance" and "direction."
-That "flow" is nothing but mindfulness at an advanced level and can be produced on demand;
-That "flow" is not just about people and that every "system"-a company, a team, a family-can be put into a state of flow;
-How to put every dimension of yourself in flow to take your life to the next level, HyperLiving.

If you want to achieve maximum results with minimum effort, if you really want to take your life to a hyper level and want to discover how immense is the potential you can manifest, now is the time to take action.
