Over my career I've been very fortunate to work on developing and implementing strategies in both the private and public sectors and in sales, marketing, purchasing and operations, so have a very broad business experience of making things happen and delivering results. But I've seen so many organisations that, even though they had the right strategy and goals, just could not implement them. These days I help those sorts of businesses understand what they need to do to Turn Strategy into Profit. I've served as an executive and a non executive director and have worked throughout the UK trouble shooting business problems as well as having experience of working with companies in France, Germany, The Netherlands and the USA. Through my working life I've developed a number of teams, some from scratch and others as a result of mergers and the like. I was lucky enough in my early career to work for a number of people who believed in me and helped me.
