The incident inspired Naomi McShea's wonderful alphabet book about vegetables. "I Don't Like It" contains amusing (and accurate) descriptions of the vegetables and offers entertaining suggestions for how they might be used. Hannah, now 16 years old, contributed the drawings. Her "signature" animal, a small charming pig, is the book's main character, enhancing the words of each vegetable story. The author and illustrator know their subject well and both love vegetables
