Designed to help you navigate the winding road toward self-improvement, this uplifting compilation of self-affirming statements is divided into three parts:
1. What I think and say about who I am 2.What I think and say about what I do 3. I have what I want
The entire book is written in the first person, so each statement becomes part of your self-thought and self-talk.
With no beginning or end, you can simply pick this east-to-read book up at any point and be inspired by mantras such as:
-I think positive thoughts because my thoughts become my words -I speak positive words because my words become my behavior -I behave in positive ways because my behavior becomes my habits
How you think and what you say about yourself affects every aspect of your daily life, including the interactions you have with others, the effort you put into your work, and even the types of relationships you form. By thinking and talking positively about yourself, you can begin to make more constructive choices every day.
Suzanne Strader is a retired teacher and business owner. Having read hundreds of self-help and inspirational books throughout her sixty-five years, she realized that she needed to personalize what she was reading to make the changes that would allow her to become the person she was meant to be. So she began substituting the word "you" with the word "I" as she read, which inspired her to write I Say What?, her empowering collection of positive affirmations.
Strader is a wife of forty-three years and mother of two daughters. She lives in a small town in Ontario, Canada.
