IBEW Aptitude Test Prep: Math Refresher & Practice: Rebuild Rusty Math & Reading From Scratch Full-Length Timed Practice Tests With Verified, Step-by- (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798188407193)

Haven't touched algebra since high school? Your future in the trade shouldn't depend on a coin flip.

You're ready to work. You're ready to show up. But standing between you and your electrical apprenticeship is one thing that makes strong applicants nervous: the aptitude test - with math and reading you may not have used in years, all under the clock.

Most prep books make it worse. Applicants keep reporting the same nightmares: answer keys that don't match the questions, "10 practice tests" that turn out to be two, and lessons that skip the basics and assume you already remember factoring. You bought a refresher - not a headache.

This guide fixes what the others got wrong:

• Math taught truly from scratch - nothing assumed, every step shown
• Reading comprehension practice most books ignore
• Full-length, timed tests that mirror the real exam format
• Every answer verified and explained - so mistakes become progress
• Test-day strategy to beat time pressure and second-guessing

Walk in prepared. Pass the first time. Start earning in the trade you've been aiming for.
