The ICE CHIP series is a three part response to the crazy questions floating around in my head. It's only fair to warn you, I can be a bit of a conspiracy nut. Sure this project is a work of fiction and each offering will be the shortest read you've ever embarked upon. However, ICE CHIP presents an opportunity for me to entertain the masses during a time of uncertainty. Hopefully these pages won't just stoke the flames of your curiosity. My goal is to bring awareness to what I am certain is still a real problem in this country.
