Shenanigans ensue, crushing the laid-back vibe, when the adoptable animals are mysteriously set free and charge out into the crowded festival. Tulia and Olivia join in on wrangling the cute critters, but when they're returning puppies to their proper places, they discover that the animals' caretaker has died under suspicious circumstances.

The founders of the festival try to make it seem as if the incident was merely an accident, but Tulia isn't so sure. Determined to get to the truth, she investigates.
