Born and raised in California, she attended Brigham Young University in Utah and moved to Northern Virginia in 1984, where she and her husband Wes have raised their family. A freelance writer for over 30 years, Clark has many articles to her credit. She is also an experienced editor and proofreader, and has helped many other aspiring authors polish their books and articles. Her bylines include the Smithsonian Institution, the journal Welcome Home, Virginia Parent News, CapitalTristate Now, Power Outlet, and Partners in Progress (a magazine for sheet metal contractors and workers).
