This is my personal step-by-step guide to how I found the love within, healed myself on an energetic soul level, and took back the power and control of my life. The words were so big I needed a translator. I had a hard time comprehending what I needed to do. The information wasn't clear, concise, direct or to the point. The books I read went in-depth about the philosophy of everything. I am a little dyslexic, and I learn better through real-life experience. Many of these books did not resonate with my specific situation. I had a hard time focusing on the underlying messages. I was told by spiritual coaches that I needed to let go and surrender to the twin flame connection. I was told to heal within.
