Note that bottled up emotions tend to have a detrimental effect both physically and psychologically. Therefore, it is best to find a safe avenue in which to express and release feelings and emotions! This divestiture can be brought about through introspective writing. Rather than fight the changes that have occurred, embrace them, incorporate them, and make them your own.
