She won the She Inspires "Agent of Change" UK National award for nurturing a team of disabled leaders who manage the charity she co-founded - Maya CARE. An Msc in Major Programme management from Oxford University and recipient of the British High Commission Chevening scholarship, her books (McGraw Hill, Sage) are used for leadership training.
