Following on the previous two works, the author leaves the world of searching for answers to enter the domain where we actually start building the future. Rich from experience -both his own and that of his patients - and perspective, with a firm hand on the tillar and a clarity of mind and purpose, the journey continues. No answers are given - though many are discussed. What one is really looking for is one's own North Star. To find it one needs a compass, and that compass is the question why? There are always reasons to why we do what we do, how we got from there to here, all in the service of where we are going. And how do we find it? With honesty, courage, a sense of humor, and the will to follow one's path.

American born, Swiss trained clinical/development/Jungian psychologist, who found his path was to lead him beyond. Having spent 30 years studying, living and working abroad, raising a family, and then returning back to his native New York City. he discovers just how much he had changed. And more importantly, how much we had changed. Can one return home? Yes. And no. Discover with him how different we all are. Yet, we have no alternative but to embrace a progressive future if any of us is to survive. Wisdom comes only to those who have looked into their own souls before judging others. Without it, there can be no winners.
