KHALID SEKKAT holds a PhD in Economics. He is Full Professor of Economics at the University of Brussels, Belgium, and member of the Royal Academy of Sciences and Technologies (Kingdom of Morocco). He published numerous articles and books and was economic adviser at the European Commission.
