Inspector Wallis: College Hall (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781544760773)

On the outside College Hall is nothing more than an unassuming twenty-four bedded rehabilitation clinic. Set up to help prison inmates who have developed mental health problems on account of their crimes, the centre embraces anyone who needs its help with open arms, ensuring that everyone gets the fair treatment for these disorders that they deserve. Yet what occurs inside the facility's walls tells a much different story. Waking up inside the hospital without any idea of why she's there, inmate Jill witness's first-hand what really happens to patients who are admitted to College Hall. Meanwhile, called in on a case to find missing patients that have been discharged from the hospital after receiving a particularly ominous tip-off, Inspector James Wallis quickly stumbles on a quest that surpasses his wildest dreams. As he learns more about the history of College Hall and the patients housed within its walls everything the Inspector once knew starts to crumble before his very eyes. As the divide between reality starts to become blurred and the mysteries of the Hall start to mount, Wallis can't help but shake the feeling that he might have more in common with the missing people he's looking for than he first realised. The true face of terror is brought to life in Gillian Rutter's thrilling new crime novel, INSPECTOR WALLIS COLLEGE HALL. With Jill suffering the effects of being trapped yet within these walls of the nightmarish rehabilitation centre, time is running out for Inspector Wallis to get to the bottom of this increasingly out of control conspiracy.
