InStep: The Inner Choreography of Your Performance Mindset (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798994500019)

"I have seen the most talented dancers disappear due to lack of mental toughness." - Jhon Freddy Narvaez, 6X World Salsa Champion

Technical skill is only half the equation. What happens when your mind holds you back?

Every dancer knows the frustration. You've trained the steps. You've refined the technique. Yet when it matters most - under pressure, in competition, on stage - doubt creeps in, focus falters, and confidence disappears.

You're not alone. Even the most physically gifted performers struggle when their mental training hasn't kept pace with their physical ability.

InStep introduces the ReFrame System(TM), a structured methodology that helps dancers and performers build the mental clarity, focus, confidence and resilience that separate peak performers from those who plateau.

Across eleven chapters you'll work on:

This isn't just about dance. It's about how you show up - on stage, in training, and in life. Your body performs what your mind believes.

Written for competitive dancers, their teachers and coaches, and any performer whose training is ahead of their mindset.

Steve Vasco is a performance coach and dance instructor with more than 30 years of experience, including training U.S. and World Champion dancers. He is the founder of Peak Mind Mechanics(TM) and creator of the ReFrame System(TM).

This is mechanics, not motivation.
