Using the image of three legged stools it organizes a person's thoughts, asks them to search introspectively through a series of questions and exercises, and analyzes why they think the way they do in a way that strongly increases the possibility peoples' next life and employment decisions/steps will be the most aligned to who they are and their lives than ever before. Author Joe Colosimo has nearly fifty years guiding and supporting people's life and employment decisions. I have been a practitioner in Human Resources at all levels of organizations, types of businesses and conditions of businesses. I have been Senior Vice President of Human Resources in multi-national corporations, part time professor at undergraduate and graduate levels, consultant, international guest speaker, and personal coach to all levels of people in a wide range of occupations, and father of three successful sons.
