Professor Huijian Dong earned his Ph. D. in Financial Economics from the University of Delaware. He then took the appointment at Pacific University (Oregon, USA) as a finance faculty. There he co-founded the Master of Science in Finance program, the MBA program, and the finance concentration at the undergraduate level. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2015. He actively serves in various executive roles in mutual funds and financial advising companies in the United States and China. He served as a senior manager at New Oriental Group (NYSE: EDU) before he moved to the U. S. Students usually remark that his lectures are easy to chew, reliable in the long term, and practical in real life. He has been invited frequently as an advisor and guest speaker for well-known investment luncheons, universities, and capital management forums, both in the U.S. and in China.
