ABOUT THE AUTHOR Growing up in Communist Romania, Elisabeth Mandt has started taking interest in ancient wisdom since her early adult life. Upon her family's immigration to Germany, she continued to seek answers to the meaning of life, explored meditation, sought to understand reincarnation and the natural laws of the universe. As a licensed clinical social worker her professional involvement has spanned across various aspects of mental health and human functioning. Writing about intuition seems to be a natural extension to her daily work with transplant patients facing huge health challenges that require an inordinate amount of inner strength and coping skills. Married for over 20 years, the author lives with her husband and her teen daughter in North East Florida and enjoys many family vacations in their North Carolina mountain house.
