An Irish criminal gang is out of control. Already involved in drugs, extortion and prostitution, has moved into people trafficking. The authorities, because of the trafficking, hand the investigation over to the European unit, Unit T, well equipped to handle such investigations. Karen Harris, Unit T's commander sets up an operation designed to take the Irish gang down. However, while this is going on, she has a more pressing problem that diverts her attention.
