Irish is the 5th book in the Reed Security Series and should be read in order.
Derek
I watched her watching me. She followed me around the grocery store, choking on a grape when she tried to talk to me. It was so damn cute. So, I asked her out on a date, and that ended badly. I tried again, but I kept saying the wrong thing. Who knew that telling a woman she had a juicy ass was a bad thing? I thought it was a compliment. I swear to God! And don't get me started on how quirky she is. And she always has her nose stuck in a damn book. But none of that would stop me from being with her. Not even when I found out that she thought I was an actual superhero.

Okay, I might have stalked him through a grocery store. What can I say? He was so hot, and I just couldn't help but stare at him. It wasn't my best first date, but it probably wasn't my worst either. And no matter what crazy things I do, it never seems to really push him away. But there is this one tiny, little detail that's been bothering me. I think he's Superman, red cape and all. Seriously, there are some strange things happening, and he's always at the epicenter. There's no way he's not a superhero. Okay, maybe I've been reading too many books.

Randomly stumbled upon this book and I am shocked that I haven’t heard about it before. It’s hands down the best story I’ve read in years. People need to read this book. It needs to be turned into a book. This story is just plain awsome. M
This soulful book of personal poetry brought me into the past and into the present---and into my heart.
Read the first book and this 2nd one did not disappoint! Loved every chapter. More please!

Received an Advanced Reader Copy from a friend. I am an avid true crime reader and upon completion I question if the author is credible. The timeline does not add up for his age and the times of his alleged involvement in organized crime. Some of the things in the book he is alleged to have said and done I remember almost word for word from movies I had previously watched. He literally stole a scene from the movie the accountant with Ben Affleck and said that he did it. I did a little research after completing the book and learned that this author was also claiming in 2010 that he was a long time member of the Bloods Gang. That coupled with the above leads me to believe that it is nothing more than fantasy. Do not waste your time or money
