Nancy Jasin Ensley is a registered nurse and teacher who had fifty-six years of joyful work in those professions. She now volunteers for blood drives, community health fairs, and home care. Nancy has five children, fifteen grandchildren, and two great- grandchildren.

Nancy's passion for writing began when she was eight years old and has grown to be one of the many loves of her life. Over the years, she has written hundreds of poems, her own greeting cards, legal consulting for cases, policies, and professional magazine articles.
