ABOUT THE AUTHOR The author is a Catholic priest of the Archdiocese of Calabar, born in Oban Town, Nigeria. He has over fifteen years of development experience. He was trained at Ss Peter and Paul Major Seminary, Bodija, Ibadan, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from the University of Ibadan. He holds a Masters' degree in Literary Studies from the University of Calabar and a Master's in Governance and Development Policy from CERIS, Brussels. He has also acquired a certificate in Human Resources for Health from Harvard, Boston and in Leadership from Notre Dame University, Indiana, apart from numerous workshops he has attended. He has also published a collection of essays, a novel and a collection of short stories.
