IT'S GIVING: What You Give, How You Give, You Will Freely Receive

Every person is giving something right now. A word, a glance, a grudge held one day longer, a mercy extended without being asked. Luke 6:38 names the law running underneath every one of those moments: Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.

"It's Giving" opens that verse fully and follows its implications everywhere they lead. This book examines the measure a person sends into the world, tangible and intangible, and traces how that same measure finds its way back, sometimes fast, sometimes across years, sometimes disguised so completely the person receiving it never connects it to the one they sent out. Pride, guile, malice, covetousness, and mercy each get their own weight in these pages, alongside the deeper mechanics behind revenge, betrayal, blessing, and the courts of Heaven where every unresolved case eventually gets heard.

Drawing on Scripture, real biblical figures who lived this principle out in full, and plain, direct teaching, this book gives readers a framework for understanding their own life and the lives around them through one enduring truth: the measure goes out, and the measure comes back. Readers walk away with language for what they've likely already sensed for years, a way to examine their own heart, name what they're truly sending into the world, and choose a different measure going forward.
