Joh. Friderici Crameri Manuale Processus Imperialis, Sive Compendiosa Introductio Ad Praxin Augustissimi Iudicii Caesareo-imperialis Aulici offers a comprehensive introduction to the practices of the Holy Roman Empire's judicial system. Authored by Johann Friedrich Cramer, this manual elucidates the methods of initiating, prosecuting, advocating, and adjudicating cases under both justice and imperial favor. It serves as an invaluable resource for those seeking to understand the intricacies of imperial law and court procedures.

Originally published in Latin, this edition makes Cramer's work accessible to an English-speaking audience, preserving the historical and legal significance of the text. The manual's detailed exposition of legal processes provides insights into the workings of the Aulic Council and the broader imperial judicial framework, making it an essential reference for legal historians, scholars of political science, and anyone interested in the history of European law.
