Just BE: Mind Matters, Indeed (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798901121870)

Have you ever tried stopping your mind? To be without a single thought - completely blank - in a state of pure stillness? Some of us might have touched that space for a fleeting moment. But for most, the idea of not thinking feels almost impossible. Yet, it is precisely the state in which a three-month-old baby exists - utterly at ease, untouched by thought.

Yes, being at ease - that's the key. At the first level, it means silencing the constant chatter in your head. You are no longer driven by your five senses, and your awareness settles into the Now. This is the state of Mindfulness - when every action arises effortlessly, every decision is taken with clarity and calm.

At the ultimate level lies the Null-Mind State - the complete absence of thought. It is a blissful state that connects you to the Universal Consciousness. You may experience heightened intuition or even glimpses of telepathy, yet remain fully grounded in the material world - free of desire, filled only with love.

This book explores the fascinating nature of the mind - its patterns, its restlessness, and the ways to master it. It is not a manual of meditation techniques, but a blend of ancient wisdom and scientific insight that builds confidence in these timeless practices.

Comprising twenty concise chapters, each a quick four-to-five-minute read with simple exercises, it invites you to reflect, record, and rediscover yourself - one mindful page at a time.
