Alice and Judy (AL & JUDE) started Just Breathe after several years of Bible studies, women's conferences, personal joys and tragedies, and conversations with women across the nation and internationally. Collectively, they have over forty years of experience in the fields of academics, Christian education, medical, music, and Christian ministry, serving in both the corporate and religious arenas.
